The Environmental Protection Branch is responsible for the education, awareness, and enforcement of the Waste Bylaw No. 8310.
The purpose of the Waste Bylaw is to protect the health and welfare of people and provide for the abatement of nuisances and the protection of the environment by regulating and monitoring the collection, handling and disposal of waste and recyclable materials within the City of Saskatoon.
