Program Description:

To provide temporary storage for surplus granular materials, to minimize illegal dumping on land around the city and to minimize hauling and disposal costs of excess material by City and private forces.

Activities include:

• Maintain earth and rubble dump sites in and around the city.
• Provide an attendant, operators and equipment as required to maintain site.
