Activities include:

• Inspection and reporting;
• Routine maintenance, as required, including:
  
  • Wash expansion joints and barriers annually; 
  • Minor wood and concrete repairs;
  • Grafitti removal; and
  • Signage and lighting; and
• Develop and maintain load ratings.
