The Facilities Branch is responsible for managing Civic Buildings Comprehensive Maintenance Reserve, which has an annual contribution of 1.2% of the new replacement value of our facilities.  Currently our buildings are valued at $534,512,670 million.  This reserve will replace any cyclical or worn out architectural, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical component of the building.
