Employee Services – specifically:

• employment policy development and administration
• occupational health and safety
• organizational development and
• training

Employment and Total Compensation – specifically:

• employment diversity
• employment policy development and administration
• employee compensation and benefits research and administration and recruitment and staffing

Labour Relations – specifically:

• research, negotiation and administration related to our 11 collective agreements and one (1) memorandum of agreement.
