The Organization & Employee Development Branch provides direction and support to organization development initiatives. The branch assists departments to be more effective and efficient through support in implementing culture change initiatives, performance management, training and development, conflict resolution, team building, leadership and career development as well as succession planning. The Branch also provides direction to the Human Resource Generalists who work in various line departments to consistently manage human resource issues.
The employees working in the Organization & Employee Development Branch include the Manager of Organization & Employee Development, an Employee Development Coordinator and five (5) Human Resource Consultants (Generalists) working in the line departments (Community Services, Infrastructure Services, and Utility Services).
