The Vacant Lot & Adaptive Re-Use Strategy is comprised of four interrelated components: Incentives, Policy Options, Vacant Lot Inventory and a Brownfield Redevelopment Guidebook. The goal of the strategy is to encourage more infill development and intensify land use within established neighbourhoods (including the Downtown) in the City of Saskatoon.
