Neighbourhood Planning consists of activities intended to:
- revitalize and build capacity in core neighbourhoods;
- educate the public through various workshops and programs;
- monitor safety and work to reduce crime in neighbourhoods; and
- facilitate programs and initiatives for safe and affordable housing.
These activities include: Local Area Planning, housing initiatives, neighbourhood revitalization projects, Neighbourhood Safety, and the Planning Education Program.
