NEW AT THE ZOO! The only thing cuter than a lion cub is TWO lion cubs! African lions Dobi and Cooey are the proud parents of two healthy cubs born September 24, 2011.
Saskatoon's most majestic family is currently enjoying life as a pride in the PotashCorp Ark exhibit at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo. The only trouble is, the little gaffers need names! Help us name our furry friends by entering the Name the Cubs contest on now through June 1, 2012. Click here to download an entry form.

Known for their strength and courage, lions are a species at risk. Both four years old, Dobi and Cooey came from out of province and have lived at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm Park & Zoo in the PotashCorp Ark exhibit for the past two years. This special exhibit allows the Zoo to house animals never seen before in Saskatoon.
