The City of Saskatoon is pleased to announce that it has completed its Civic Service Review which occurred during public Executive Committee meetings held over the summer, and to share the results of the review with Saskatoon residents.
The Civic Service Review was conducted in order to ensure that the City is delivering the programs and services its citizens want and need as efficiently and effectively as possible, while encouraging continuous service improvement.
The City will now use the results to better inform the upcoming budgeting and decision-making processes for the 2012 Business Plan and Budget which will be prepared and submitted to the Budget Review meetings scheduled December 6, 7 and 8, 2011. This document will include a list of major initiatives and service cuts, as well as a list of the 2012 capital projects.
