Versatility is the key feature of the Saskatoon Field House. In addition to being a fitness and high-performance athletic training centre, it's a great place to hold meetings, workshops, clinics and world-class events.

The 48,000 square foot main field area can accommodate up to 4,500 people. The retractable bleachers adjacent to the main field seat 3,500 people. The 17,000 square feet on the second level includes a weight room, fitness/dance studio, multipurpose room and two meeting rooms. The fitness/dance studio has a collapsible wall allowing it to open on to the hallway, providing a perfect space for convention trade shows and displays.

A cafeteria, Saskatchewan Athletics, Saskatchewan Baseball, Armstrong's Physiotherapy, On Track Massage, Saskatchewan Weight Lifters and the Saskatoon Sports Hall of Fame are located at the site as well.

Facility Features

Indoor Track: 6 lane, 200 metre track.

Indoor Courts: equipped for tennis, badminton, soccer and basketball. All courts have curtain dividers.

Weight Room: An expanded 5200 sq. ft., open air training center overlooking the main field, with 30 cardio and over 25 weight training stations (several are wheelchair accessible).

Multipurpose Rooms: small and large rooms suitable for meetings and seminars.

Fitness/Dance Studio: with sport cushion-floor, mirrored wall, suitable for dance and fitness activities.

Dry Sauna in women's change room.

Steam Room in men's change room.

Concession: eating area open year round. Concession opens fall, winter and spring. Vending machines are available in the summer.

Daily Locker Rentals: there have been changes to the locker options available at the Saskatoon Field House, click here for more information.

Plus: child minding, change rooms, convenient bus service and free patron parking.  Limited parking spaces are available for University of Saskatchewan students to rent, contact Customer Service for more information.
